18 of August 2015 in the age of 65 she gave a birth to fourlings. She used donor egg and sperm

3 of March 2012 at age of 66 woman gave a birth to a twin boys by using donor egg. It were her
first children. Born by cesarean section without complications, children are healthy, she named
them Michael and Joshua.
Center for human reproduction, treats infertility using methods of surrogate motherhood and egg
cell donation. Operates in Ukraine only with foreigner citizens. Location of the center is due
to loyal conditions of the law in human reproduction in Ukraine and international law.
BTC clinic was based in 2008. For the first year of existence clinic provide a

Features legislation
The rule in regulating international relations Reproduction belongs to the Ukrainian side
"Family Code of Ukraine". According to the code, the program of surrogate motherhood in the
case of donor egg and dad’s sperm, the sole guardian is the genetic father. Woman draws
custody or adoption at her native country. Surrogate mother writes rejection of the child, it
is a prerequisite for discharge from the hospital. Then all procedures taking place without her
participation.
If both parent are genetically relate to the child (father gives sperm, mother egg cells and
surrogate mother bears the child), the procedure is the same, except that the parents
immediately indicated as mother and father.
As for the egg donation, the legal donor shall act voluntarily transfer the egg and no longer
claims the given material.
Act №787 MOH Ukraine from 09.09.2013 describes in detail the legal aspects of reproductive
medicine. These include indications for surrogate pregnancy and the use of donor egg, list of
medical tests, requirements for surrogate mother and donors, order of service, guarantee
security and confidentiality.
Ethical aspects
Medicine of human reproduction has always been a subject of debate not to mention surrogacy and
egg donation.
In the case of BTC clinic situation exacerbated inter-ethnic relations and the economic

*Genetically child is not relate to the surrogate mother, besides surrogate mother have at list
1 child herself (as required by law), for which usually a woman and goes to the program
*Church views change every year.
